How billing works

What you are actually paying for.

The unit is a published report. These five lines explain it.

  1. 01

    What counts as a published report

    One you approve and then share or download. A draft does not count, and neither does a visit you never approve. Issuing a published report again as a new version does not count a second time.

  2. 02

    Capture is free

    Inspectors and viewers cost nothing, on every plan. A publisher is an owner or manager who approves and signs a report, and publishers are the seats you pay for.

  3. 03

    Going over

    Past your monthly allowance you pay the extra-report price on your plan. Free stops at 3 reports: your drafts stay safe and wait for you to upgrade.

  4. 04

    Naira and VAT

    Prices are in naira and exclude VAT of 7.5%. Dollar amounts are a guide only.

  5. 05

    Programmes contract

    An annual contract, priced per site or per verification visit. It comes with a data-processing agreement that records where processing happens, as the Nigerian data-protection directive requires (Article 34).

Before you choose.

No. Anyone who only captures photos and voice is free, on every plan, however many you add. You pay for the people who approve and sign, and for the reports they publish.

3 published reports a month, with a source for every sentence, offline capture and a branded PDF with a verification QR. Capture-only users are free on every plan. Move up when you need more reports, or reports without the Walknote line.

The photo and voice limits are per report. Split a large visit by area into more than one report, or move up a plan.

Any time. Plans run month to month.

Reports you have already published, and their verification pages, stay up. You can export everything you recorded.

Prices are set in naira, because that is what your clients pay you in. The dollar figure beside each price is a guide only.
